SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING TIMES ARE SLIGHTLY DELAYED. THANK YOU FOR YOU PATIENCE! SEE UPDATED TIMES BELOW.

Orders are processed 24-96 business hours from when you purchase your Gyal Vibes Accessories.

Orders are then shipped out 48-96 business hours after they are processed.

Shipped orders should arrive within 7-10 business days (We ship with Canada Post, so the shipping time may be less than we suggested). Please keep in mind the length of time it takes to get your order to you may be affected currently by COVID-19 and we will process your order as fast as possible so that you can stunt in your Gyal Vibes Accessories!

All Canadian orders will come with a tracking number so you can follow your products until it gets to your door!

Shipping and processing times may be shorter than listed above but please use these timelines as a general rule of thumb.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For US / International shipping the timeline is the same as above for processing and packaging your item.

Shipping times are indicated when you select your preferred shipping method at checkout, they range from 4-12 business days to 28-84 business days.

Please select shipping with tracking (if available) to be able to follow your package right to your door!

 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on our items. All purchases made on our site are final sale.

If for whatever reason any of your pieces comes damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item, the original packaging within 24 hours of receiving your item. Email us all of this information at info@shopgyalvibes and we will work to correct the situation.
